Parking Brake ProductIon LIne AutomatIon has been made for ,in BURSA, as operating in the automotive industry for producing parking brakes. The line consists of six machines,controlled from a single PLC inputs and outputs are controlled using other stations distributed communicates with the main PLC.
Even OMRON CJ1M PLC, NT touch panel, Beckhoff remote I / O line is used. Even in line with customer requirements poka-yoke , camera system is controlled with 0.01 accuracy is checked freeplay.
