Swing arm bushing pressing machine automation was made for the main automotive manufacturer in BURSA. At the automation system SIEMENS S7-1500 plc , ET200S remote I/O and OP177 operator panel is used.
Machine bushing from the process (linear potentiometer) and load (load cell) is working according to the parameters. 8 linear potentiometers and 8 load cells are located in the machine. SICK light curtain was used.
